GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for TIP SRL.

The booking request represents the Order Form and therefore binding for the Customer but not binding for TIP SRL, which considers itself free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation that TIP SRL sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for TIP SRL only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt.

The amount of the deposit is 30% of the amount of the stay excluding optional services and final cleaning.
Except in the case of a "NON REFUNDABLE" rate where the deposit is equal to 100% of the amount.
In the flexible rate no advance payment is required, the reservation amount will be charged only 5 days before arrival

Arrivals (check-in): from 16.00 p.m.

Departures (check-out): before 10.00 a.m.
